My background on Wall Street where I negotiated master agreement contracts between major broker dealers, taught me that every deal involves clear communication, dedication, resilience and ability to work with people at every level across many organizations. I further worked at the Investment Protection Bureau, in the office of the New York State Attorney General which has given me a unique skillset to address the needs of clients and build strong alliances and cultivate successful transactions.
I bring passion and zest to my business and put the client first. My varied background has given me the skill set to tackle any situation and build success.
When I’m not working on real estate deals, I am spending time with my family, and “fur kids”. I love all things nature and traveling when I can.

She brings her commercial real estate experience with a focus on Industrial, office and investment deals. Jessica is furthering her career by actively taking classes for the CCIM designation.
